Apple Glaze (Diabetic)

Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons liquid sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon margarine
Directions
- Combine juice, water and cornstarch in saucepan.
- Cook and stir til mixture is clear and slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar substitute and margarine.
- Serve hot or cold.
