Apple Dutch Cake

This recipe is so easy to prepare. Using Oil instead of shortening or butter makes mixing it up a snap. I alway use more apple than called for. I fill my 4 cup measure heaping full. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place dry ingredients in bowl and mix.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until moist.
  4. Pour into Greased and Floured 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour on middle rack of oven.
