Apple Delight Cake

Ingredients

• 4  cups apples, cut up fine
• 2  cups flour
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄2 cup  Crisco cooking oil
• 2  teaspoons vanilla
• 2  teaspoons baking soda
• 1  cup  chopped  nuts or 1  cup raisins (optional)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 2  teaspoons cinnamon

• TOPPING

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2  teaspoons vanilla

Directions

1. Mix all ckae ingredients well by hand.
2. Bake in a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan at 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
