Apple Crumble

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced apples
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 (100 g) packet blackberry jelly
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 50 g butter
Directions
- Cook apples in water until just tender.
- Mix in jelly crystals.
- Put in an oven dish.
- Sift flour and baking powder, add sugar, rub in butter.
- Spread over apples.
- Bake about 30 min at 190C (375F).
