Apple Crumble

  1. Peel apples and remove core.
  2. Slice apples into a loaf tin which has been greased.
  3. Add 4 ounces sugar.
  4. Combine the margarine and flour (rub the margarine into the flour until you get a bread crumb like consistency) then add the brown sugar and porridge oats in the loaf tin.
  5. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes until golden brown.
