Apple Crumble

Yields: 1 loaf tin
Ingredients
- 4 ounces flour
- 2 ounces margarine
- 1 1⁄2 ounces brown sugar
- 3 -4 large cooking apples
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 tablespoon porridge oats
Directions
- Peel apples and remove core.
- Slice apples into a loaf tin which has been greased.
- Add 4 ounces sugar.
- Combine the margarine and flour (rub the margarine into the flour until you get a bread crumb like consistency) then add the brown sugar and porridge oats in the loaf tin.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes until golden brown.
