Apple Crisp Chicken

  1. Crush apple chips and corn flakes in food processor or plastic bag.
  2. Add 1 T. flour and seasoned salt to mixture and combine well.
  3. Shake chicken in plastic bag with remaining 1 T. flour.
  4. Coat chicken with apple butter, then with corn flakes/apple chips mixture.
  5. Heat large pan over medium heat, add butter and oil.
  6. Panfry chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side or until done.
