Apple Cream Cheese Tart

  1. Preheat 375 F.
  2. Roll store bought or homemade pie crust into a Tart Shell.
  3. Cream the cream cheese with sugar with paddle attachment until fluffy.
  4. Add zest. Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour into Tart Shells.
  6. Mix cinnamon sugar with apples.
  7. Place in a symmetrical pattern on top of filling.
  8. Place in oven until golden brown and set.
