Apple-Craisins Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples, diced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine apples, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, onion, sugar, cinnamon, curry powder, coarse salt, and black pepper in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently.
- Makes 1-1/2 cups.
