Apple Colada

The apple flavor is most refreshing. Blending the apple adds an extra texture. From the Complete Home bartender's Guide

Ingredients

• 1 3⁄4 ounces white rum
• 2⁄3 ounce  apple Schnapps
• 1  ounce coconut cream
• 2 1⁄3 ounces  apple juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon caster sugar

• Garnish

• 1⁄2 apple, peeled

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 10sec.
2. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend again until smooth.
3. pour into colada glass.
4. Garnish with a wedge of apple in a fan shape, and a maraschino cherry on a coctail stick. Serve with a straw.
