  1. Cake:
  2. Cream together sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add the apples, raisins and pecans mix together then add all the dry ingredients and mix well and pour int a tube or bundt pan and bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or until the knife test comes out clean.
  3. Frosting:
  4. Cream together room temperature cream cheese and margarine, add vanilla and confectioners sugar mix and frost a cooled coffee cake.
