Apple Cinnamon Squares

I found this on a Worthington Foods Vegetarian Recipe website. They are easy to make and taste good too. I served them at a coffee/breakfast meeting we had for a planning session for our summer reading program. Everybody liked them. We had both the powdered sugar sprinkle and the cool whip so that everybody could choose what they wanted. Can be made with 2 real eggs if you prefer them to the egg substitute. Show more
