Apple Cinnamon Roll Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 3 cups grated apples
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients together to make the dough.
- Roll out in an oblong strip.
- Spread with apples.
- Roll up and slice into rolls.
- Make syrup by mixing 1-1/2 cup sugar, boiling water and cinnamon.
- Put syrup in pan, lay dough slices over.
- Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
