Apple Cinnamon Rice

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup long-grain rice
- 1 1⁄2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except parsley. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in parsley.
