Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease and flour one 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan.
  2. Combine the ground cinnamon and 5 teaspoons of the sugar together and set aside. Peel, core and slice the apples then toss with the cinnamon mixture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder and 2 cups of the sugar.
  4. Stir in the vegetable oil, beaten eggs, orange juice and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan. Top with 1/2 of the sliced apples. Pour the remaining batter over the apples and layer the remaining sliced apples.
  6. Bake for 65-70 minutes, or until a tester inserted comes out clean.
