Apple Cider

Yields: 1 gallon approximately
Ingredients
- 3 lbs apples
- 1 gallon boiling water
- 1 lb sugar
- 1 ounce raisins
Directions
- Cut apples into pieces, skins and cores.
- Add sugar and raisins.
- Cover with boiling water.
- Allow to stand for 4 days.
- Strain and bottle.
- Tie corks down!
