Apple Carrot Hummus Sandwich

This is one of my favourite vegan sandwich..Love in all season.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  pita bread
  • 18 cup  basic  hummus
  • 1 -3  walnuts
  • 1 -2  cup carrot
  • 1  cup apple
  • 12 cup ginger

Directions

  1. a. ½ Pita, whole wheat or plain.
  2. b. 1/8 – ¼ C Basic Hummus.
  3. Celsius 1-3 t Walnuts, finely chopped,.
  4. d. Carrots – freshly shredded is best.
  5. e. Apple slices – thinly sliced, tart apples such as Pippin or Granny Smith.
  6. f. Ginger – sprinkle ground ginger or add minced fresh, to your taste.
