Apple Cake

This is one of my sister in laws favorites.

• Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

• 4  cups sliced apples
• 1  cup white sugar
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup  oil
• 1  cup  nuts
• 2  eggs
• 2  teaspoons vanilla
• 2  cups flour
• 2  teaspoons cinnamon
• 2  teaspoons baking soda
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. mix together white, brown sugar, and apples. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the cake shrinks from the sides of the pan.
