Apple Butter Pastrami Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 3 ciabatta rolls, halved
- 6 tablespoons apple butter
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1⁄4 lbs deli-sliced pastrami
- 3⁄4 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Generously spread apple butter and mustard on each roll half. Top with pastrami and cheese.
- Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted (2 minutes).
