Apple Brickle Dip

Serves: 6

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (7 1/2ounce) package  almond brickle chips (10 ounces) or 1 (7 1/2ounce) package  English toffee bits (10 ounces)
  • 3  medium tart apples, cut into chunks

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla.
  2. Fold in brickle chips.
  3. Serve with apples.
  4. Refrigerate any leftovers.
