Apple Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine sugar eggs, and cream together, then add oil,sour cream and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in Apple's and pecans and mix well.
- Pour in 3 small loaf pans.
- Bake 350 for 30 mins, or until toothpick comes out clean.
