Apple Barley Salad

Directions

  1. Cook barley according to package directions; set aside.
  2. Saute apple in butter in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until it starts to soften, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in jelly, lemon juice, parsley, sugar, salt and barley; serve warm.
