Apple and Berry Breakfast Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced (I use Granny Smith apples)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Oat Topping
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats or 1 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions
- Combine apples and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stir until fruit is evenly coated.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle Oat Topping evenly over fruit.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Serve warm, with vanilla yogurt, if desired.
- Oat Topping--combine all ingredients; mix well.
