Aperitivo De Chorizo Y Cilantro

Ingredients
- 3 ounces spanish chorizo, Roughly chopped (3 Small or Medium size links)
- 2 ounces cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 ounces creme fraiche (Can be substituted with Sour Cream)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- A very straight-forward approach once again, add chopped chorizo, cilantro, garlic clove into a food processor and pureed.
- Add oil and cream, while pulsing.
- Pour into small serveware ramekin(s) for a dip or dollop as a spread on top of your favorite gourmet crackers for a platter of hors d'oeuvres.
