Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3⁄4 cup warm milk
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Dissolved baking soda in milk, then add butter, golden syrup and brown sugar and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Three-quarters fill well-greased muffin pans and bake 190 C for 15-20 minutes.
