- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 lbs fresh mushrooms, washed
Directions
- marinate mushrooms in the fridge for 1-2 days then serve.
