Antioxidant Fizz

I created this as a way to get my fussy toddler to eat more fruits and antioxidants. He LOVES it. You can use regular or diet Ginger Ale depending on your needs (I used diet since I'm diabetic). I used a blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry mix for the mixed berries. If you like this a little sweeter, use regular ginger ale and/or add Stevia or Honey to sweeten. A scoop of protein powder could be added if desired to increase protein content. Show more
