Another Chopstick Tuna Casserole

Yields: 1 casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 (3 ounce) can  chow mein noodles
  • 1 (6 1/2ounce) can tuna in water
  • 1  cup  sliced celery
  • 12 cup cashews (toasted and grated)
  • 14 cup  chopped onion
  • 1  dash pepper

Directions

  1. Combine soup and water. Add half of chow mein noodles, tuna celery, cashews, onion and pepper. Toss lightly. Place in ungreased baking dish, sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake in moderate oven (375F) for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
