Annie's Irish Cream

This recipe was passed down from my sister-in-law in Colorado. She is a jewel and so is this recipe!

Yields: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 34 cups  jamison  Irish whiskey
  • 1 (14 ounce) can  Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 1  cup  cream, whole or 1  cup half-and-half
  • 4  eggs or 1  cup egg substitute
  • 2  tablespoons  chocolate syrup
  • 2  teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoon  almond extract

Directions

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
