Annette's Famous Artichoke Dip

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (quartered seems to work best)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 -5 dashes pepper sauce (Chili Garlic Sauce, Red hot or Siracha)
- cracked black pepper (really, a lot!!, course ground)
Directions
- Combine. Keep adding pepper until it tastes delicious! Put in about 2 cup casserole. Serve this with pita chips, bagel crisps or corn chips - it’s good with anything!
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
