Anne's Pasta Salad (Made Lighter)

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) box macaroni (cooked, drained and cooled)
- 2 cups 2% cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 2 shallots (sliced)
- 1 cup light mayonnaise (I used fat-free)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Mix vegetables and cheese with macaroni.
- Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar and black pepper.
- Mix dressing with macaroni.
- Allow to sit in fridge for about 30 minutes. This gets better the longer it sits.
