Anne's Best Caesar Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into bite-size pieces
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package thick croutons
Directions
- Combine olive oil, mayo, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper.
- Stir with a fork until well blended.
- Add lettuce and toss well to coat evenly with dressing.
- Add cheese and croutons and toss again.
