  1. Preheat oven to 375, grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar and butter, beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla and egg, blend well.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
  5. Stir in oats, raisins, nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Droup dough by rounded teaspoons 2" apart on cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 7-10 minutes.
  8. Cool for one minute and remove from cookie sheet onto cooling racks.
