Annapolis Crab Appetizers

Serves: 6-12

Ingredients

  • 6  English muffins
  • 12 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar  Kraft Old English cheese spread, room temperature
  • 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoon  Old Bay Seasoning
  • 12 lb  crabmeat

Directions

  1. Split English Muffins in half.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together butter, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Old Bay Seasoning.
  3. CAREFULLY add crab meat, being careful not to break it up to much.
  4. Spread crab mixture on muffins.
  5. Place muffin halves on cookie sheets and freeze.
  6. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and cut into quarters.
  7. Place under broiler until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
