Ange's Pizza Sauce

Watching Jamie Oliver one day I saw him make a version of this pizza sauce. I made it and have never bought a store brand again! It is so nice and adds a better flavour than a tomato paste. You can use a jar of sun dried tomatoes. The amount this recipe makes is enough for up to 6 pizza bases, depending on the amount used.

• Serves: 6
• Yields: 6 pizza bases

Ingredients

• 250  g sun-dried tomatoes
• 1  teaspoon garlic
• 20  g fresh basil

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a processor.
2. Mix for a few minutes or until all ingredients are mixed.
3. Pour into a container, or use straight away.
