Angel Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  4. Combine oil, buttermilk and yeast mixture; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. (Dough will be sticky.).
  5. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
  6. Place rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 16 minutes or until golden brown.
