Andy's Rice Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic, saute for 8 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth, rice and wine, and bring to boil. reduce heat to low, cover, and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Transfer to serving bowl, and add cheese before serving.
