Andrew's Pizza Pasta (Gluten-Free Dairy-Free)

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 ounces gluten free pasta (penne or ziti)
- 1 1⁄2 cups organic spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup chopped black olives (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1⁄2 cups dairy-free mozzarella cheese
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In large saucepan, cook pasta according to directions on package.
- 3. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in large skillet on high heat, about 4 minute Add onion, garlic and all other spices and cook for about 4 more minute or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Drain fat from skillet. Add spaghetti sauce.
- 4. When pasta is done, drain and add to the skillet. Mix everything in skillet thoroughly.
- 5. Place contents of skillet in a 2 quart baking dish. Top with grated "cheese." (I put half dairy-free on one half and regular mozzarella on the other half). Sprinkle with parsley.
- 6. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minute.
- 7. Uncover and bake for 5 minute.
