Andes Mint Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) packages Junior mints
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker crust or 1 chocolate crumb crust
Directions
- Put mints in freezer and freeze.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time beating after each.
- Mix in vanilla.
- chop frozen junior mints and sprinkle on cheesecake.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
- Cool.
- Then chill over night.
