Ingredients

  • 50  ml  tequila
  • 20  ml  tequila liqueur
  • 12  fresh lime, sliced
  • 1  tablespoon gingerroot, chopped
  •  ginger beer, to top
  •  ice

Directions

  1. Muddle lime and ginger, then add tequila and liqueur.
  2. Stir well and top with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
