This would be delicious just as guacamole, but loaded is even better.

  1. Mash one of the avocados in a bowl.
  2. Add tomatoes, jalapeno, and lime juice.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Add beans, onions, cheese, and second avocado. Mix well and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
