Amy's Easy Summer Salsa

Yields: 2 Cups
Ingredients
- 3 lbs plum tomatoes, seeded
- 1 red onion
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 -3 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic in blender.
- 2. Add the jalapeño.
- 3. Put in the tomatoes, juice, salt and pepper if desired.
- 4. Pulse to blend to desired consistency.
- 5. Add the cilantro. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
