Yields: 36 cookies
Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 cups rolled oats
Directions
- Melt chocolate, butter and marshmallows. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
- Refrigerate until set.
