Amy's A1 Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 slices bread, cut into small pieces (do not use fresh bread)
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup steak sauce, reserve 2-3 tbs for top of loaf
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Place in loaf pan or use muffin tins for mini-meatloafs.
- Smooth down top and add remaining steak sauce.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour.
