Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 1⁄2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bacon
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients, except bacon.
- Press into loaf pan and top with bacon.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Mix sauce and spread over top during last 15 minutes of baking.
