Amish Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package broad egg noodles
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- salt
- pepper
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- sage
Directions
- Cook noodles as directed on package .Melt butter and cook mushrooms in large skillet until lightly browned .Stir in flour and blend in with a forkor slotted spoon . Stir in milk and broth. stir until thickened. combine sauce, noodles ,and chicken . adjust seasonings to taste . Place in casserole dish . sprinkle top with parmesan cheese . bake @350 for 30 minutes .
