American Steakhouse Beef

This is a great steak marinade - always comes out juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

• 1 (1 1/2lb)  trimmed lean boneless beef top sirloin steaks
• 1⁄3 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1⁄3 cup  unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1⁄3 cup dry sherry
• 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar

Directions

1. Place steak in large, shallow dish.
2. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
3. Cover and chill 4 hours, turning steak occasionally.
4. Drain, discarding marinade.
5. Grill over hot coals (400-500 degrees) 10 to 15 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
6. To serve, slice across the grain into thin slices.
