Amber-Style Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil or 1 tablespoon other light-tasting oil
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 -4 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 large garlic clove, pressed (or chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted if desired
- 1 -2 green onions, chopped or 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
optional
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (I prefer it without though)
Directions
- Combine all in a jar and shake well. It will thicken up in 10 minutes or so from the tahini. Add salt or pepper if desired. Keep refrigerated.
