Amazing Leftover Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups leftover cooked chicken meat
- 2 cups cooked vegetables
- 12 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Spread rice in bottom of 2.5-3 quart casserole dish. Mix chicken meat with vegetables, spread on top of rice.
- Whisk cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise and parmesan (may need to microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften) and pour over the chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, broil for the last 3 min to brown on top.
