Amazing Ground Beef Stroganoff

Yet another keeper recipe from my sister's 1st grade class recipe exchange

Directions

  1. Saute meat in a medium skillet until it loses redness. Drain as necessary. Add Better Than Boullion or 1 cube of crushed beef boullion, onion, & celery. Cook until vegetables are limp. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until all ingredients are heated and blended.
  2. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and bring back to temperature.
  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
