Amazing Fat-Free Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, rinsed and drained (can sub fresh tomatos)
- 1 (16 ounce) bag white shoepeg corn, frozen, defrosted and uncooked
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro, choppped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for two hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
